These terms outline the expectations and responsibilities for clients engaging with Hypnotherapy for Professionals.
Hypnotherapy sessions are offered online or in-person, as agreed. Sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
Appointments must be booked in advance.
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged at full rate.
Fees are confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment is due in advance (48 hours).
All sessions are confidential. Exceptions apply only if:
There is a risk of harm to you or others
Disclosure is required by law
Clients agree to:
Attend sessions free from the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs
Provide accurate health information
Engage willingly and take personal responsibility for their progress
