These terms outline the expectations and responsibilities for clients engaging with Hypnotherapy for Professionals.

1. Services Provided

Hypnotherapy sessions are offered online or in-person, as agreed. Sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

2. Booking & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged at full rate.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Payment is due in advance (48 hours).

4. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Exceptions apply only if:

  • There is a risk of harm to you or others

  • Disclosure is required by law

5. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

  • Attend sessions free from the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs

  • Provide accurate health information

  • Engage willingly and take personal responsibility for their progress
